From cleansing to waterproofing through to tricks for comfort, your feet and shoes will thank you!
Cleaning and Maintenance
1) For shoes whiter than white
Toothpaste is full of surprising uses, one of which is cleaning of trainers. Apply to the sides with a toothbrush to remove stains and get back white sneakers. You can also apply it, leave it for a few minutes and remove it with a damp towel.
2) Remove stains with alcohol on leather
Soak a cotton swab with this alcohol and rub the stain. Leave it half an hour.
3) To make it feel cooler
Baking soda held in a bag or coffee filter will remove odors, just let it sit overnight. You can also try to put camphor powder and mix with boric acid, sprinkle shoes and say goodbye to odors.
4) Against scratches and stains on suede
First rub a soft cloth to remove the maximum dirt. If necessary, use a nail file and file gently until the spot disappears or if only to make it less visible.
