You will need:

– carrots

– natural ADH

– lots of fruits and vegetables!

What to do?

1/ Don’t skimp on carrots (which are rich in beta-carotene): essential oil (add 1 drop of carrot essential oil into the palm of your hand whilst you apply your moisturising cream), oily macerate or with vegetables  (grated, juice,sorbet, etc.).

2/ Natural ADH: an active self tanner which can be directly added to your creams (between 3% and 8%).

3/ Colourful meals: try to eat food which is rich in carotene and vitamins A/E/C such as spinach, leeks, melon, apricots etc.
