1) Salted water
It hydrates the nasal mucous membrane. You could use an empty spray, water and a little bit of salt. Spray a small amount of product in each nostril and blow your nose. Repeat several times a day.
2) Inhalations
It helps to decongest the nose. In a bowl filled with boiling water add a few drops of eucalyptus essential oils. Cover your head with a towel and take a deep breath. You can do that for 5 or 10 min and repeat 3 times per day.
3) Cut an onion in half!
