Pregnancy is not always a long quiet river. Nausea appears and we have no control over it. The positive part is that it is a sign of good health in your baby, but it’s not always easy to live with. In this article, you can find 5 ways to relieve nausea and have an easier time with your pregnancy. 

1/ Go for cold meals over hot ones. In fact, cooking odours can provoke nausea, and it’s better to eat cold meals, just until the sickness subsides.

2/ It is important to rest well. Stress and fatigue can increase nausea. Remember to rest well and relax.

3/ Rather than eating 3 large meals a day, it is better to eat little and often. Foods such as hazelnuts and almonds are very good for your body during pregnancy.

4/ If you are particularly prone to nausea, it is better to avoid drinking during meals, and to remember to hydrate throughout the day instead, in between meals.

5/ Herbal teas such as ginger, fennel, aniseed, mint or raspberry leaf tea can give some relief from nausea. The smell of lemon can also help.
