Milia spots are hard whitish or yellowish cysts similar to white acne pimples that appear on the face and especially around the eyes. Although it is not a health problem (it is small clumps of keratin, much like dead skin that masses and forms a tiny cyst), the milia spot can take a long time to disappear. Here are some natural techniques to get rid of them faster or prevent their appearance.
1) Use water vapor or a warm washcloth to “open” the pores and facilitate the disappearance of impurities.
2)Apply castor oil to the area and massage. Do this for a few days to get results and enjoy the anti-bacterial and anti-sebum effects of this oil.
3) Regular application of an organic honey mask that you leave for about twenty minutes will not only make the skin soft but will also help to make the spots disappear.
4) Mixing 3 teaspoons of cornmeal with a teaspoon of cider vinegar and leave half an hour before rinsing with cold water. Tihs will tighten your pores and remove excess sebum.
5) By mixing rose water and sandalwood powder, you will create a mask to leave on every day for a quarter of an hour.
6) Exfoliate the skin regularly with a natural scrub (made of acai powder and vegetable oils for example) or a textured sponge. Do not tear or puncture the spots, at the risk of scarring. Nevertheless, exfoliation is known to remove dead cells and so it is exactly what your skin needs.
