Today we’re going to show you 6 treatments to attain perfect skin, using banana skins. In fact, bananas are a natural antiseptic and contain zinc, manganese and iron, which can prevent infections. 1) Banana skin on its own
Rub a piece of banana skin on to clean skin for ten minutes. Wait 20 minutes before rinsing.
Repeat 2 to 3 times a day.
2) An exfoliating paste from banana skins and oat flakes

Mix a blended banana peel with 60 g of oat flakes and 3 dessertspoons of sugar. Apply this mixture to a clean face in gentle, circular, massaging movements (avoiding the eye area). Allow to work for 20 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. Finish by moisturising your skin.
You can do this every day or every 3 days for sensitive skin.
3) Banana skin and turmeric
If you would like to take advantage of the antibacterial and disinfectant properties of turmeric, then this is the tip for you! Blend the banana skin and add more or less the same quantity of turmeric. Apply this spiced mix to clean skin and leave it for 15 minutes, before rinsing with lukewarm water. Moisturise afterwards with a cream that suits your skin type.
You can repeat this treatment every day.
4) Banana skin and lemon

Lemon is your weapon of choice to fight against acne as well as to eliminate the bacteria that cause imperfections. Mix the banana skin and the same quantity of lemon juice. Apply the paste to your face with cotton wool, carefully avoiding the eye area. After 15 minutes, rinse with cold water.
Repeat every day.
5) Banana skin and baking powder to remove toxins from the skin
Blend the banana skin. Mix a dessertspoon of the banana mix with 1/2 dessertspoon of baking powder and a little water to form a paste. Apply to the skin with cotton wool. Massage in and leave to work for 2 minutes, before rinsing with lukewarm water. Moisturise afterwards.
Repeat every day.
6) Banana skin and honey, a winning combo
Blend a banana skin and add 1/2 dessertspoon of honey (a great antibacterial). Apply the paste with cotton wool and massage the face in circular movements. Leave to work for 15 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water, before moisturising with your usual cream.
