If you spend all day couped up in an office, it is very important to take a break or two throughout the day. Take your eyes off the computer, leave the office and go out and get a breath of fresh air to reinvigorate you.

8. Find an activity you enjoy

Outside of your work life, of course. At the end of the day, do an activity you enjoy and which helps you put your mind to something else, and which helps you to de-stress. The ideal is to do some kind of sporting activity. In fact, if you’re busy shaking your booty at a zumba class, checking your emails will be the last thing on your mind!
