5) Artichoke infusion
This is a diuretic and will help shorten the duration of the infection.
6) Blueberries
Add a dessertspoon of blueberries to a cup of cold water. Boil it for 5 minutes and leave it to infuse afterwards for 15 minutes. Drink 5 to 6 cups per day.
7) Juniper berry infusion
Add a teaspoon of juniper berries to a cup. Cover them with boiling water and allow 10 minutes to infuse. Strain it and drink 2 to 3 cups a day for 3 weeks.
8) Unroasted chicory
Add 3 dessertspoons of dried chicory (including the roots) to a litre of cold water. Bring the whole lot to the boil and leave it to boil for 5 minutes. Remove it from the heat and allow it 15 minutes to infuse. Strain it and drink one cup before meals.
9) Apple and cherry stem tea

Add 40 g of cherry stems to a litre of cold water. Allow 12 hours for them to marinade and then bring it to the boil for 5 minutes. Next add 2 peeled and sliced apples. Allow 20 minutes for the mixture to infuse. Strain it and drink 4 to 5 cups per day.
