Grocery shopping is one of the main expenses in our daily lives (along with outings, transport and others)… and it’s very easy to lose control. Here are 15 easy tips to integrate into your routine, to help you do your weekly shop without spending too much. 

1 — Regularly organise your cupboards and your fridge.

Throw out what is gone off and have a look at what you really need. Empty and tidy: then you can see what needs to be bought.

2 — Make a list

4 — Cook at home

Certain discount products can replace your usual branded products (toilet paper, cleaning products, biscuits, snacks…), while you can stick with your usual brands for products you don’t feel you can replace (pasta, seasonings, cakes…)
