1) Cucumber water is great for hydrating…. but that’s not all!

As well as providing your body with the hydration it needs, cucumber water helps eliminate toxins, regulate the cardiovascular system and regulate body temperature.

2) It is antioxidant and detoxing

Cucumber water helps you purify your body, and it removes everything your body doesn’t need. In combination with a healthy diet (with limited meat and sugar intake) your health will really benefit.

3) Significant nutrients

Let’s not forget either that the recipes we have provided contain many nutrients and minerals. And the fact that they don’t contain sugar or sodium is a further bonus! The water alone hydrates you, while the cucumber hydrates you and is an antioxidant, rich in minerals and in vitamins (A and C).

4) It reduces and stabilises blood pressure

The potassium reduces blood pressure. Additionally, monitoring your blood pressure can help prevent heart attacks, vision problems and kidney problems.

5) It is good for your skin (and hair)

It revitalises the skin and the fact that it is so hydrating helps fight against dry, flaky or dull skin. Its natural silicone content promotes skin elasticity, and your skin will also appreciate its vitamin B5. It also helps fight against spots and blackheads. Used as a lotion, it prevents skin irritation and leaves the skin clean and bright.

It also has an effect on your hair, which becomes, stronger, shiner and more beautiful, as well as growing faster thanks to the natural silicone and sulphur.

6) It is great for quelling feelings of hunger

It can sometimes be difficult to tell the difference between hunger and thirst, as these two sensations are similar. Between meal times, instead of eating, first drink a glass of this juice. If the sensation persists after having drunk a glass of it, it may be time to go for a healthy snack (a piece of fruit, for example).

It helps reduce the sensation of hunger and it can really help when integrated into a weight loss diet. It will make reducing calories and managing hunger pangs easier. By replacing fizzy drinks and sugary fruit juices with cucumber water, naturally it will be even easier to tackle your weight problems.

7) It is good for your bones and muscles

Cucumber contains vitamin K. This is good for your bones and keeps them dense and strong. In terms of your muscles, they appreciate the natural silicone contained in this drink. Sporty people should drink a good glass of it after exercising!

8) It helps fight bags under your eyes

Its anti-inflammatory power helps get rid of those pesky bags under your eyes.

9) It is good for your gums

If your gums are in a bit of a state, cucumber water will do them great good. The phytochemicals contained in cucumbers are in fact your gums’ best friends, and it also helps freshen your breath.
