Ease the pain caused by rheumatisms with a cabbage leaf

Do your joints hurt? Many people do suffer from rheumatisms so this is no surprise. But cabbage leaves can ease the pain effectively.

What you’ll need:

  • A cabbage leaf
  • A bandage

Step by step:

1) Crush a cabbage leaf with a rolling pin.

2) Use this poultice on the area you want to treat.

3) Apply a bandage on top to keep everything into place.

4) Allow this to set for about 2 hours.
