Due to wearing bras everyday or from washing them, they can become very fragile and stitching can start to come undone. Not only do they become no longer pretty but can also be painful when the stitching breaks and the wire sticks out and pokes into your skin. Though the wire is poking out, it doesn’t mean that you need to throw your bra into the bin.
What you will need:
- A bra where the wire is poking out
- Some scissors
- Adhesive fabric strips
Method:
1) Push back into place the wire inside your bra.
2) Cut a fabric strip, big enough to cover the hole.
3) Apply the strip onto the hole, pressing down firmly.
Thanks to this trick, you can continue to wear the bra for longer! The fabric strips will stay in place even during wash and thanks to the heat from your skin it won’t peel away. When the adhesive strip starts to look tired, replace it!
