When one is on diet, each meal becomes a veritable headache. How to start the day well? The tips concerning a breakfast are often contradictory. Between the veritable breakfast meal or just filling the gap, you can find the moderation by giving you energy for the morning.
The recommended foods in the case of a diet are the following :
- A plain natural yogurt with a teaspoon of jam, honey or sunflower seeds.
- A compote (stewed fruit) with a handful of muesli, almonds or fresh fruit cut up into pieces.
- A piece of toast covered with cream cheese salted, peppered and garnished with fine herbs.
- A boiled egg
