What you need:
- 1 litre of water
- 50 g chamomile flowers (Chamaemelum nobile)
- Spray bottle
Steps:
1) Pour the water into a pan and then bring it too the boil.
2) When that is done you can add the chamomile flowers. Leave to boil for a further 3 minutes.
3) Take the pan off the heat and then leave the mixture to infuse for another hour.
4) Filter the mixture.
How to use it?
You can spray the mixture directly onto your skin to relieve it or you can add this water lotion to your bath.
Be careful as the mixture shouldn’t be kept more than two days and is best to be conserved in the fridge.
