Gastro : 5 ways to get rid of it!!

Gastroenteritis is an inflammation of the intestine which develops following an infection. In most cases it is due to a virus which has been proven to be contagious but which can be controlled. Here are 5 ways to stop it!

What to do?

1/Drink, even in small quantities in order to avoid being dehydrated!

Dosage : add 1L of mineral water, 6 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt and the juice of a lemon. This can be repeated as many times as possible.

2/Use vegetable coal ! It’s incredible capacity to absorb will stop bacteria which are found in your intestines.

Dosage : up to 1/2 to 1 soup spoons in a glass of water to be drunk at every meal.

3/It is effective against nausea, pour 1 drop of peppermint essential oil under your tongue between 4 and 6 times per day between meals for 5 days.

4/Cinnamon is useful in combating infections and purifying! Pour 2 drops onto a sugar or a teaspoon of honey and consume it 3 times per day.

5/To heal digestive disorders there are 2 solutions:  allow 5gr of rosemary leaves to infuse in a glass of boiling water for 10 minutes. Filter and drink 2 to 3 glasses for up to 7 days maximum.

You can also apply cumin essential oil onto your stomach: pour 10 drops into a bowl of hot or cold water. Soak compresses or a cloth into this mixture. Apply this onto your stomach for 20 minutes.
