A good night’s sleep is essential for having a good day the following day. When we have slept poorly, we are much less effective than usual and we find it hard to get through the day. And when we consider that we spend a third of our lives sleeping, we can see the importance of good quality sleep. For someone who suffers from restless leg syndrome, getting a good night’s rest can be quite the obstacle. There is no real treatment, and people who suffer from it move around a huge amount during the night, waking regularly, sometimes with painful cramps. This little tip, strange as it may sound, seems to work for many people and is worth a try.
What you need:
- A new bar of soap
What to do:
Slip the soap under a fitted sheet near the bottom of the mattress (around they area where you place your legs during the night). You can also put the soap into a sock and slide it between your sheets.
