1/ Lemon
What you need:
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 glass of lukewarm water (about 200 ml)
What to do:
1) Mix your lemon juice and your lukewarm water together and then give yourself a mouthwash for a few minutes .
2) Spit out the mixture that is now full of bacteria.
3) Repeat this treatment once per day.
2/ Thyme oil
What you need:
- Half a teaspoon of thyme oil (about 2 g)
- Have a glass of lukewarm water (about 100 ml)
What to do:
1) As you did with the lemon mix the thyme oil into your glass of lukewarm water and then give yourself a mouthwash for a few minutes.
2) Repeat the treatment two times per day.
3/ Bicarbonate of soda and oxygenated water
What you need:
- 1 tea spoon of bicarbonate of soda (about 5 g)
- 1 glass of lukewarm water (about 200 ml)
- 2 tablespoons of oxygenated water (about 20 ml)
What to do:
1) Mix your three ingredients together and then rinse your mouth with the mixture obtained for two minutes at least.
2) Repeat the process one or two times per day but no more.
4/ Cider vinegar
What you need:
- 2 soup spoons of cider vinegar (about 20 ml)
- 1 glass of lukewarm water (about 200 ml)
What to do:
— Mix your ingredients and then gargle the mixture both in the morning and at night. It is as simple as that.
5/ Coconut oil
What you need:
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (about 30 g)
- 1 tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda (about 5 g)
What to do:
1) Mix you oil and bicarbonate of soda together until you can make a paste.
2) Use the product as a toothpaste and brush as usual.
