Heal bruises with an ingredient you have at home

You don’t necessarily need to be clumsy to get bruises. It just takes a lapse of concentration or weariness to end up with a painful and unsightly mark on your body. But these are part of life and they will eventually fade away in 10 to 14 days but if you want to speed up recovery and reduce the pain, here is a nice tip.

What you’ll need:

  • White vinegar
  • A compress or a cotton pad
  • Soap

Step by step:

1) Soak your cotton pad in white vinegar.

2) Put this on your bruise for about 15 minutes.

3) Rinse and use soap to remove the smell.

4) Repeat twice a day.
