Of course we all know that it is important to rinse your toothbrush in hot water after brushing.  Nevertheless the maintenance of your brush doesn’t just stop there.  You need to always think about changing your tooth brush every three months to make sure it is just as effective and healthy.  You should also always try your brush with it’s bristles upwards and without contacting any other brushes.  By doing this you can avoid spreading bacteria and encouraging mold. You should also never cover your brush as this can create a humid atmosphere which bacteria adore… You should only uses these covers for travel. Finally, even if it’s “cute” and “romantic”, you should never share your brush with your partner or anyone else. This promotes the exchange of bacteria and diseases

4) 3% Oxygenated water

You can also pour oxygenated water into a glass and leave your brush to soak over night.  Afterwars you can rinse your brush and then repeat once per month.
