Solution : Eat less and do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day

2/Stress and anxiety

Stress, nervousness and anxiety all have a negative impact on our health in general, our stomachs and especially our digestion. Feeling like this, encourages the consumption of sweets and also prevents digestion properly.

Solution : Introduce an activity that is relaxing (sport, reading, yoga, walking…) and resist the temptation of eating sweets.

3. Hormonal instability and prolonged sitting

Hormones can have a horrible tendency to cause havoc especially to women, especially during the menopause and teenage years. Which can result in weight gain. When the weight is concentrated on the buttocks and  thighs (thunder thighs) which can also come from the result of prolonged and frequente sitting.

Solution : Exercise and stop drinking alcohol and quit smoking.
