A simple recipe and a very delicious result in less than an hour.
The quantities are given for dough which will be as much as a tart mould, you can choose to increase or diminish them.
– 250 g of flour
– 125 g of castor sugar
– 1 egg
– 100 g of butter
– 1 pinch of salt
The recipe :
1. In a bowl, mix egg with sugar and a pinch of salt.
2. Add the flour and make a well. Pour next the butter which must be softened but not in a liquid state.
3.Knead the dough until it is homogenous then spread it out with a roller.
4. Use a glass to cut circles in the dough then divide it into two. Make your swan by looking at the image.
5. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes. You can add a pice of aliminium paper above in order to not let the biscuits burn.
