If your skin is not exactly on top form and is clearly lacklustre, this mask has everything you need! The main active ingredient is spirulina, a blue-green bacteria which is excellent for revitalising the skin, thanks to its rich vitamin and protein content. Add it to a few simple ingredients such as white clay (which is gentler than green clay) or aloe vera (which works wonders for your health and beauty) and you’ll have an incredible treatment with convincing results.
What you need:
- 1 dessertspoon of white clay
- 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder or flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel
- 1 teaspoon of the flower water of your choice (for example jasmine for a pleasant odour) or just water
Method:
1) The method is simple: mix all of the ingredients together until you have a nice smooth paste.
2) Wash your face and dry it well.
3) Apply the mask to your face, avoiding the eye contours.
4) Leave it on for a quarter of an hour.
5) Rinse with tepid water and pat your face dry with a towel.
