We adore garlic, but we’d give anything not to have to peel it. Between the little pieces of the skin that stick to your hands and to each other, and the ones that refuse to be removed from the clove, peeling garlic can turn into a frustrating farce. And the more we try to peel, the more we get the skin everywhere. Here is a magic technique for removing the skin from several cloves at a time…. as well as efficient, it’s even enjoyable!
What you need:
- A container such as a pot or a mixing bowl
- A cover
- Strong arms!
What to do:
1) Put the cloves of garlic in the container
2) Cover the container
3) Shake rapidly for three seconds. Remember to keep the container well closed.
4) Retrieve your perfectly peeled cloves!
