You will need:
Lettuce leaves
A mug of boiling water
How to do it?
For one cup of boiling water, use two lettuce leaves which you will leave to infuse for a minimum of 10 minutes. Preferably use organic lettuce leaves to prevent absorbing nitrates which can be found in convential lettuce.
