Use seasonal vegetables to fight against sore throats. Purchase black radish or turnips and follow the following recipe steps:

  • Cut into thin slices a small portion of black radish or small turnips.
  • Spread the slices onto a small plate and cover with a tablespoon of honey (we recommend buying organic honey or from a local beekeeper as industrial honey has no nutritional value)
  • Leave to rest for 2 to 3 hours. The honey will have extracted the juices from the black radish or turnips and have turned into a natural syrup to relieve your sore throat.

Take two teaspoons of the syrup immediatley. Keep the syrup in the fridge and take some more when your sore throat returns.
