A natural tip to reduce bruises

Here is a natural tip on how to soothe your inflamed skin. This remedy really reduces bruises effectively and especially their colour which will fade more quickly.

What you’ll need:

  • Fresh parsley – 60 gr
  • Water – 4 fl.oz
  • Ice cube tray

Step by step:

1) Mix the fresh parsley and the water in a container.

2) Pour the mixture in an ice cube tray and allow it to freeze for at least 5 hours.

3) When you want to use it, wrap it in a cotton, a tissue or a compress because you don’t want the ice to touch your skin directly.

4) Apply this on the bruise for about 20 minutes.

5) Repeat later if necessary.
