If you suffer regularly from cramps in your legs, turn to onion. Difficult to believe but this foodstuff can help relieve your pain. After cooking do not throw away the peel. Conserve them and prepare the following mixture :
- Boil your onion peel in water for about fifteen minutes, like an infusion.
- Remove the onion peel
- The following step is the most difficult : it is to drink this infusion before sleeping.
Continue to take this infusion for one or two weeks, until the first improvements are felt. You may by then have become accustomed to the taste of onion infusions!
