What you will need :
– Potatoes
– Raclette cheese
– Meat
– A pot of fresh cream
– Grated cheese
The recipe :
1. Half cook your potatoes in the oven
2. Slice them until one centimetre near the bottom.
3. Put raclette cheese in each groove and cover it with fresh cream (you can also add chives to your cream)
4. Sprinkle melted cheese, salt and pepper
5. Bake in the oven for fifteen minutes at 180° (the grated cheese must be melted and the potatoes soft inside) and enjoy!
