Poor circulation is very common, particularly when temperatures rise. The problem is that this often leads to varying levels of discomfort, as well as even pain in some people. In order to treat this, blackcurrant leaves can prove extremely useful. We know that blackcurrant has numerous health benefits, as well as its addictive and distinctive flavour – it is a significant source of vitamin C and antioxidants, which are excellent for promoting good blood flow. Blackcurrant is good for the heart, for high blood pressure and cholesterol. Get yourself a few leaves and make this little infusion, which could make all the difference.

What you need:

2) Pour the simmering water into a teapot, to which you had previously added the blackcurrant leaves.

3) Cover the teapot and leave it to infuse for 10 minutes.

4) You can drink this infusion hot or lukewarm. Take one cup per day.
