How to prepare a relaxing bath without spending too much money

A therapeutic way to unwind.

Tired after a long day ? Allow yourself to take a relaxing bath whithin which you put 200ml of apple cider vinegar. It may seem strange but vinegar actually contains an incredible amount of minerals such as potassium and magnesium which help to ease aches and muscular tension.

Add a bit of soap in order to combat the odour of the apple cider vinegar which is relaxing but not necessarily so pleasant.

What you need :

– 200 ml of apple cider vinegar

– A bit of soap
