A quick chef trick on how to peel eggs like a pro

Peeling an egg isn’t that easy and when you have to peel several eggs, removing pieces of shell can be tricky. It is ne of those instances where kitchen tricks are very much welcome. A chef called David Alvarez revealed one of his tips. This will allow you to peel eggs like a pro quickly and cleanly.

Step by step:

1) Drop off your eggs in a soup plate containing a little bit of water to keep the egg moist.

2) Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

3) Crach the egg once on the table and gently roll it on itself using the palm of your hand.

4) Remove the shell. The egg  is now ready!
