4 easy ways to reduce your double chin

La glycerin and Epsom salt

Twice a week, mix a tablespoon of glycerin and 1/2 tablespoon of Epsom salt and add a few drops of peppermint essential oil. Apply this on your neck and on the chin area for about 30 min.

Wheat germ oil (or a vitamin E capsule mixed with  water)

At night, massage this oil for about 10 min while going upwards with your hands. Let it sit on your skin overnight.

It improves the elasticity of your skin and helps to reduce the excess of fat. Just apply some butter each morning before going to the shower and at night before heading to bed.
