On your side, dead straight, arms by your sides and legs stretched out. It’s the second most popular position. People who sleep in this position are pleasant and sociable people. They love to surround themselves with exceptional people and they are very confident, if sometimes a little naive. This position is good for reducing sleep apnoea and snoring.
2/ On your side, in a Y -the “yearner”

On your side with your arms stretched out in front of you. These are open and welcoming people, who can also be suspicious and a little cynical. Naturally indecisive, they take their time to make decisions. But once the decision is made, it is impossible to get the idea out of their heads. This position has the sole disadvantage of preventing good blood circulation and can lead to pain in the shoulders, arms and back.
3/ On your back -the “soldier”
