Sunburn? Here is a way in which to relieve it

Did you get burnt from not having protected your skin? Heal your damaged skin by applying a refreshing, calming and moisturising poultice!

You will need :

— a cucumber

— a yoghurt

What to do?

1/ Cut 1 fresh cucumber into circles and apply it to the affected areas.

2/ You can also spread a bit of plain yoghurt onto the burnt skin. Allow it to dry and then rinse it in clear water.
