Three natural remedies to soothe a sore throat

Do you have a sore throat, are you no longer able to articulate a single word? Here are three simple remedies in order to soothe your pain. 

Remedy 1 : lavender infusion

Lavender oil helps to fight against inflammation and destroys bacteria. Make an infusion by placing 50g of lavender in 1L of boiling water. Cover it and allow it to rest for 15min. Drink this throughout the day.

Remedy 2 : hot milk with cinnamon

Whoever said it was never pleasant to heal oneself? This recipe will prove the contrary. In a glass of hot milk, pour 15g of cinnamon and a zest of lemon. A study was carried out  which showed that cinnamon inhibits the growth of the virus which is responsible for the flu.

Remedy 3 : gargling with salt and lemon

Perhaps less tasty you can mix a soup spoon of coarse salt and the juice of half a lemon in a bowl of hot water. Repeat this twice or three times a day to calm your sore throat.
