Bloating gives one a particularly unpleasant feeling. Caused by an accumulation of gas in the intestin, which causes the intestine to swell and increases the size of the abdomen giving the impression of having a bloated stomach. Here are three tips which will help you to relieve the symptoms quickly.
1. Fenel herbal tea
Fenel is highly efficient in fighting against digestive problems and soothing painful stomachs. It suffices to infuse 2 grams of fenel in a cup of hot water for ten minutes. One can also add a little cumin. This can be repeated up to three times per day if needed.
2. Thyme herbal tea
Thyme like fenel helps digestion and helps to fight against excessive flatulence . Allow a tea spoon of thyme to infuse in a cup of hot water for ten minutes. This can be repeated up to three times per day if needed.
3. Hot water bottle
If the pain and symptoms continue to cause discomfort you can relieve them quickly by using a hot water bottle. The heat from the bottle will relax the abdomen and stomach. In order for this to be efficient lie down on your back and place the hot water bottle on the painful area.
What is more? If you bloat easily, try not to have carbonated drinks, chewing gum and chew your food well whilst you eat.
