When cooking, do you always hesitate choosing a recipe where you need to separate the yolk from the egg white? If your nervous, it couldn’t be easier by using a sieve.
1. Place your sieve above a bowl, that will be used for your egg whites.
2. Gently break your eggs, onto your sieve.
3. The yolk will stay onto your sieve, whilst the whites drip through into the bowel..
This tip will only work with very fresh eggs. Older eggs have a yolk that is runnier and will risk going through your sieve with your egg whites.
