Tips on how to cope after a sleepless night

Hardly slept last night and have a jam packed day ahead? Try to limit the damage by using these little tricks which will boost your energy during the day:

  • Foods: Aim to eat foods that are high in natural releasing sugars such as bananas, wholegrain cereals and breads.
  • Plant Extracts: Combine together ginseng and rhodiola 
  • Try and get a little snooze in during the day of at least 45 minutes.

Don’t forget to go to bed early!
