Domestic accidents, work injuries (especially paper cuts), crafts or sewing that turn badly or even the pleasure of cooking can be tainted by some misadventures with the knife. The slightest lack of concentration can result in a wound. As we know, not everyone is equal to how we scar: with age it affects the blood circulation and the oxygenation of the cells, stress slows the production of collagen and the repair of the cells , Certain drugs that stimulate the production of corticoids slow down scarring, tobacco, metabolic diseases (diabetes, cholesterol…) … some take longer to heal. By adopting a proper diet and nursing the wound naturally, you will put all the chances on your side to heal well.
Natural remedies to put on a wound
1) Garlic
It is antibacterial and protects against infections. Used with caution (it can irritate), its juices have a very powerful effect. Apply for a maximum of 20 min on the skin unless it is too painful (in this case you can remove it).
There is a cure you can do by mixing three garlic cloves with a glass of wine and letting it sit for 2 hrs. You can apply it twice a day on dry and clean skin.
2) Honey
It attracts germs and destroys pathogens. The skin is therefore protected from infections. It is applied on a clean skin and dried in a fine layer. Put a sterile gauze over it and let the skin absorb it completely. When absorption is complete, remove the gauze.
3) White vinegar
Put one tablespoon of white vinegar in a liter of water. Use this mixture to clean the crusts forming on the epidermis. This can sting very lightly, but it is effective at cleansing the skin and ridding it of bacteria.
4) Onion

Like garlic, it is a good antibacterial, but has the merit of not irritating the skin. Mix half an onion and one or two spoonfuls of bee honey. Apply to the wound for at least 30 min. You can apply it 3 times a day until the wound heals.
5)Plantain leaves
They are highly anti-inflammatory. Simply crush them until you get a thick juice or a paste. You can apply it on the wound at least once a day.
6) Aloe Vera

This plant is great on both wounds and burns. The gel can be applied directly to the skin and left standing until absorbed. It will directly relieve pain and facilitate healing.
