Wooden boards are useful for daily chores and enable us to produce delicious meals. However they are less practical when it comes to cleaning them. The odours which manifest can be particularly stubborn. Luckily there is a solution.

- Salt
- Lemon cut in half
How does it work ?
1. Sprinkle your wooden board with a bit of salt and scrub it. This natural disinfectant allows one to eliminate bacteria from the surface of your board.
2. Repeat the above method with half a lemon. The combined action allows bad odours to dissapear.
Another possibility is to sprinkle your board with baking soda and allow it to react for 5 minutes before cleaning it.
