Vaginal smells: 4 tips to get rid of any bad odors

Vaginal infections can lead to bad vaginal odors.  It is as common as other symptoms that can appear like itchiness, tinging, inflammation and secretion.  Supermarket products can sometimes be effective however they can irritate this area.  What your vagina really needs is a good natural clean.

1 – Cider vinegar (Control excess acidity)

What you need:

  • 3 cups of cider vinegar (about 750 ml)

What to do?

1) Pour three comes of cider vinegar into your bath water.

2) Settle yourself into your bath in a seated position for about 20 minutes.

3) Rinse yourself as usual.

2 – Tea tree essential oil (A natural antibacterial and antiseptic product)

What you need:

  •  Two tablespoons of tea tree oil (about 30 g)
  • 1 cup of warm water (about 250 ml)

What to do:

1) Add your 2 tablespoons of tea tree oil into the glass of water.

2) Next place the mixture into a suitable contain and use it to clean the area.

3) Repeat this process twice per week until the vaginal smells have disappeared.

3 – Vitamin C, and it’s ascorbic acid

What you need:

  • 1/4 of a teaspoon of vitamin C (about 3 g)
  • 1/4 of a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda (about 1 g)
  • 1 half a cup of water (about 125 ml)

What to do:

1) Mix the vitamin C and the bicarbonate of soda

2) Next add the water.

3) Drink this mixture twice per day for one week.

4 – Chinaberry leaf infusion to combat the bacterial infection

What you need:

  •  2 tablespoons of chinaberry leaves (about 20 g)
  •  1 tablespoon of water (about 10 ml)

What to do:

1) Boil up the chinaberry leaves in a pan for a few minutes.

2) Remove from the heat and leave to cool.

3) Reduce the leaves into a powder,

4) Add a tablespoon of water to make a paste.

5) Apply this paste onto the vaginal area.
